WARRANTY POLICY:
Korda offers a 5-year warranty on its helmets and a 2-year warranty on its jackets and gloves and a 6-month warranty on the riding boots against manufacturing defects. PowerSports is the sole distributor of Korda products in India and is hence authorized to handle the warranty claims of all Korda products.
Warranty Terms & Conditions: General
- Warranty applies only to products bought at full MRP from PowerSports exclusive stores, authorized dealers, or powersports.in. View our list of authorized resellers here https://powersports.in/pages/our-network.
- Products purchased under discounts or offers are not covered under warranty.
- Accessories are not covered under warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Any issue or damage due to wear and tear, misuse, alterations, damage from use, etc are not covered under warranty.
- To claim a warranty, please email us at contact@powersports.in. In the mail please explain the issue faced and attach clear images or videos and the purchase invoice. The claim will be rejected in the absence of a purchase invoice.
- For accepted claims, we will try to arrange a reverse pickup from the customer's address. The customers are requested to pack their products carefully. Helmets must be sent in a box and any helmet sent to us without a box will void its warranty and the product will be sent back to the customer as is, without any inspection or service. Also, PowerSports cannot be held liable for any damage during transit due to inadequate packing.
- If a customer's Pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partner, then the customer is requested to ship the product to us. We will reimburse the shipping cost at actuals or to a maximum limit of Rs. 500. Again, any helmet sent to us without a box will make its warranty void.
- If a product is sent for inspection to determine the validity of a claim, the customer must ship the product to us. We will reimburse the shipping cost at actuals or to a maximum limit of Rs. 500, if the claim is approved upon inspection.
- Any product sent to us must be properly cleaned before sending. Please remember that the service staff are human beings and they cannot handle anything unhygienic. Any product sent to us in an unhygienic condition will not be even touched by our staff and the customer must arrange a reverse pickup to their location, clean the product and send it back to us. PowerSports will not ship the product to the customer in such cases.
- If a claim is rejected but service is possible at a cost, then no reverse pickup will be arranged and no compensation will be made towards shipping costs incurred by the customer. PowerSports will, however, send the product back to the customer free of charge.
- The final warranty acceptance occurs only after our quality check team verifies the received product. Inconsistencies with the claim will result in rejection.
- Repair is our first solution for valid claims. Only if the product is deemed irreparable will a replacement or alternative be offered. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued that can be used for purchases on our website. No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. PowerSports is the sole deciding authority on the course of action.
- While PowerSports will make every attempt to match the colors of spares used in repair, it might not always be possible due to production restraints. Therefore, the color of the spares used in case of a repair might not exactly match that of the original product.
- In case of a replacement, if the same color or graphic isn't available, the customer must select another color or graphic in the same model.
- Any replacement done during the warranty period will not extend the warranty of the replaced product. Only the warranty period of the original purchase is applicable.
- Similarly, warranty for products bought using store credit issued under warranty claims runs from the original product's purchase date.
- Purchasing a Korda product from PowerSports means agreeing to our warranty terms. Ignorance of our warranty terms are not grounds for any claims.
- Warranty policy may change without notice.
Warranty Terms & Conditions: Korda Helmets
Korda Helmets comes with a warranty of 5 years against manufacturing defects of the shell only.
Warranty cannot be claimed under the following circumstances:
- Wear and tear due to regular usage.
- Damage caused by an accident or a fall.
- Physical damage to the helmet by dropping it or by mishandling or by any other reason.
- Color fading due to usage or exposure to sun. High viz colors are likely to fade faster on sun exposure.
- Problems occurring due to lack of maintenance.
- Usage under atypical conditions.
- Any modifications or customizations to the helmet will void its warranty.
- Use of paint, adhesives, glue, screws, etc will also make the warranty void.
- Application of chemicals that could harm the product.
- Scratches/marks/rust occurring due to usage/exposure.
- Scratches and marks on the visor.
- Color chipping on the EPS.
- Rider experiencing subjective issues like fit, comfort, noise, aerodynamics, etc are not covered under warranty.
- Helmet accessories like visors, cheek pads, chin curtains, pinlock, spoiler, etc. are not covered under warranty.
- PowerSports makes every attempt to ensure that the helmets sold at MRP are without any defects. Therefore, we do not accept any claims regarding such defects after purchase. Customers are encouraged to check the product thoroughly during purchase.

Korda apparel comes with a warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Warranty cannot be claimed under the following circumstances:
- Wear and tear due to regular usage.
- Damage caused by an accident or a fall.
- Physical damage to the apparel due to mishandling or any other reason.
- Color fading due to usage or exposure to sun. High viz colors are likely to fade faster on sun exposure.
- Problems occurring due to a lack of maintenance.
- Usage under atypical conditions.
- Any modifications or customizations to the product will void its warranty.
- Application of chemicals or strong detergents that could harm the product.
- Exposure to high heat source such as ironing/exhausts, etc.

Korda riding boots comes with a warranty of 6-months against manufacturing defects.
Warranty cannot be claimed under the following circumstances:
- Wear and tear due to regular usage.
- Damage caused by an accident or a fall.
- Physical damage to the boot due to mishandling or any other reason.
- Color fading due to usage or exposure to sun.
- Color change due to properties of the material.
- Problems occurring due to a lack of maintenance or improper usage.
- Usage under atypical conditions.
- Any modifications or customizations to the product will void its warranty.
- Application of chemicals or strong detergents that could harm the product.
- Exposure to high heat source such as exhausts, etc.
